SHIPPING POLICY

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, which includes shipping your items accurately and on time! Please review our shipping policy below for information on our fulfillment services:

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within two business day Monday through Friday. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship on Monday or Tuesday.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Shipping to P.O. boxes is only available through USPS. If you need to ship your order to a P.O. box, please select any USPS shipping option at checkout.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order ships that contains the tracking information for your items.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

RAD Extracts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS

If you receive items that are damaged during shipment, or if you receive items that are not what you ordered, please let us know within one week of delivery and we will make it right. After 7 days have passed from the delivery date, we cannot be responsible for damaged or missing items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

At this time, we can only ship to the 50 United States and territories. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, or Asia.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 30 day quality guarantee return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return your items using the return label that we provide to you. We cannot issue a refund for your items until we have received the return package.

To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@radextraction.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
